Evaluations:

Evaluations are based on the rubric below. For evaluations, ISD follows Charlotte Danielson’s framework for teaching model to evaluate all teachers and counselors. While the rubric is the same they are not basing my evaluation on teacher performance.

They are basing observation on e-portfolio's, and evidence that we worked on goals throughout the year. My SMART Goal is to create counseling standards for the Counseling Department based on the International School Counseling Association. I would also like to better track my time.
